I cant take any T Injections yet, is there any way to Up my Testosterone Levels Naturally and lengthen my T-dick in a way it wouldnt be noticed by very nosy housemates (my Parents, yes im 20 and live at my parents home, cuz im disabled and cant live by myself)

So basically, i cant do any pumping or whatever and nothing that would make any noise at all. I have No clue what i can do to get bottom growth. I really dont know what to do to get more T, but in a way that wouldnt affect my voice cuz my parents would notice, and how to lengthen my t-dick. i am majorly disphoric over my bottom, surprisingly more than my top
