I pumped today and wasn't cautious enough. I accidentally gave myself lymph edema. This is NOT how a healthy Dick should look like after a pumping session.

I thought it would be educational for some people. The first 3 pics are what my dick is looking like directly after pumping whith edema.

The last pic is ALSO my dick directly after pumping, with minimal/no edema. The last pic is what a dick SHOULD approximately look like after a healthy pumping session.

If something like that has happend to you after pumping, you need to massage you dick, to help minimizing the lymph fluid in your dick. You also HAVE to wait until ALL the swelling has come down until you try to pump again. Even if it takes days. Otherwise you are risking your dick getting seriously hurt.

To capture my progress with pumping

So I just started out pumping and want to capture my progress regarding that. The first two pics are directly after my pumping session.

The third and fourth pictures are my dick in different situations, being pumped with the same pressure inside the same cylinder.

The last two pics are of my unpumped dick right before I started my session today.

It was my second session in total today.

I will have my mastectomy on 23th of July so I will have to take a break from pumping and stretching the weeks after that.

I still want to try it out now, as my equipment just arrived two days ago.

Euphoria after waking up

I just woke up to that, and it makes me so euphoric!!

Also the last pic, where my dick is flaccid but laying on one side! It just remindes me SO much of a cis guy "storing" his dick more to the left or more to the right.

I'm unreasonably excited right now. It's not like I have just woken up and gone from pre T to having a DICK, but I'm so happy right now, as if I was seeing my dick for the first time.

To be fair, my dick IS rapidly changing at the moment, because I started to put some of my T cream directly on my dick about a month ago AND I did stretches over the last month (I'm hypermobile, so I'm making quick progress), AND I just startet pumping (first time 2 days ago).

But still, it shouldn't surprise me to THAT degree hahah

Stretching techniques according to TTT as of 2026

I worked on this post together with thursday-T-time to make a clear visual tutorial on how Thursday recommends doing frenulum triangle stretches and foreskin stretches.

All the information and techniques are by Thursday. The Dick in both Videos and all of the pictures is my own.

I have above average sized anatomy AND I am hypermobile (a connective tissue disorder that also affects how stretchy my skin is. Because of that I also make unusually quick progress with my stretches), so it's probably the video with the most anatomy visible/not covered until someone with even bigger anatomy (or myself in a few years) decides to make a similar post.

In the first video you can see how frenulum triangl stretches are performed. You are supposed to grab the skin only from the outside, so that the urethral plate isn't stressed too much. It's recommended to do either one side at a time or using both hands to do them simultaneously. You should stretch the skin to about 80%, and it should never hurt. It's best to hold each stretch for a few minutes at a time and giving your body time to recover after that, since you don't want to stress the skin too much. Go for something like 2-5min at a time low tension, once every day, or as often as you can keep the routine up (once or multiple times a day with at least one hour rest in between). The skin there is VERY tight, so you will most likely see even less stretch on your anatomy (again, I'm hypermobile so my skin is more stretchy than usual). You want to pull the skin UP alongside your body and not up and outwards, as this could grow skin in a way you probably don't want it to grow for aesthetic reasons.

These stretches are to make your erections stronger and pointing more upwards and away from your body over time.

The goal is not just to stretch the skin, but to GROW more skin, which can take months to years of consistently doing doing these stretches.

And since you are not stretching the erectile tissue but only the skin, you can do these kind of stretches at any point in your transition!

In the second video you can see me stretching my foreskin. You want to not only grab the skin at the glans, but to pull more skin from the base of the shaft alongside your dick. Again, you will probably see less stretch on your own skin than in this video, and the goal is to GROW more skin over time.

These stretches are to grow more foreskin over your glans, to get more sensitivity in your glans and to achieve a more "uncircumcised cis penis" look.

I did frenulum triangle stretches over the last month and also took fotos to capture my progress. Thursday was so kind to draw diagrams over my progress pictures, to make it more clear to see how the stretches affected my anatomy over the last month. I wrote the days the pictures were taken above each one. The first picture post is with Thursdays diagrams and the second one without. All pictures are not pumped (I just started to pump yesterday), and semi/fully hard.

The yellow line is the skin that the frenulum triangle stretches targets. You can see how it grants my Dick more mobility and to stand up more. The purple line marks the skin of my frenulum I don't specifically want to stretch, because it will not give my dick more mobility and isn't aesthetically what I want to enhance. This skin is the more "wavie" part of your frenulum. The blue line is my general tug line, that shows in which direction I want to pull my skin when doing my stretches.

The day of my hormone blocker injection

I'm 2.7 years on T cream now. I'm also on Finasterid for 1.7 years and I'm on hormone blockers (leuprorelin) wich I get injected every 12 weeks.

I don't react to HRT like bodies normally do. It's highly suspected that I'm Intersex and I get treated by the expert endocrinologist of my country, because I'm diagnosed as being "a complex case".

How I react to my HRT is not how people usually react!

I just want to show my progress, and discibe how I personally react to my HRT.

I feel MUCH better physically and mentally, the day and the weeks after I get my hormone blockers injected. I feel it already on day one of my injections. Usually I also have a MUCH better EQ the first days after my injection.

Today I got my injections in the morning, and now it's about 9pm in my country. I have great EQ for my standards and my erection also feels and looks girthier than the last 1-3 weeks.

What I do besides taking my HRT is documented on my profile. Basically; I started doing stretches (I'm hypermobile) and I don't pump (yet)

Erection angel changes

Because my erection angel is changing RAPIDLY right now, I'm feeling like my dick is getting smaller when looking from above, because he SEEMS way shorter to me. I have to remind myself that he's not shorter or anything, but just has to work more against gravity now or something😭. And he is more buried underneath my mons when I'm not pulling back. Pics like that help me to cope with the changes better. I just look at the skin holding him back, and have to remind myself how far he's gotten so far.

Video on how I do my frenulum triangle stretches

This is just how I PERSONALLY do my manual stretches so far.

I usually don't pull my shaft forward when doing it. I just did this to better show the spot where I grab my skin.

I try to grab the skin as low as possible, and then pull it UP alongside my body. Not away and up. Just up.

I'm hypermobile. My skin stretches more than average skin. Please don't hurt yourself!

Everything I learned so far about stretching, I learnd from TTT (Thursday T-Time). They have BEAUTIFUL diagrams and explanations. For more information about stretching in general, please look up their profile!

Edit:

This is just where I feel a light stretch. No pain whatsoever. If you are not hypermobile your skin will probably not stretch that far. It should never hurt. I also hold it longer than this when I want to stretch. This is really just a guide on APPROXIMATELY where to grab and in which direction to pull. Everyone's anatomy is a little bit different.

16 days of hypermobile stretching

I started to stretch the frenulum triangles of my hypermobile dick manually 16 days ago. These are my results so far.

Because I'm hypermobile I make progress way faster than a non hypermobile person would. Please don't expect this progress after just 16 days. I regularly check my dick to make sure I don't hurt myself. Please don't hurt yourself in an attempt to get results more quickly!

Edit; I'm 20 years old and approximately 2,5 years on T + Finasterid for 1,5 years, and additionally on puperty blockers with a short brake last year. Now I'm back on puperty blockers again. I also started to put some of my T cream (it's cream and NOT gel) on my dick as I started doing stretches

Brakedown of TDick skin anatomy

I was talking to TTT about Skin and how much of it uncircumcised cis dicks have, and what it looks like if a cis man with foreskin pulls his back.

So

I've got some foreskin, some length, and I'm hypermobile, so I decided I wanted to make an educational post myself, with the help of TTTs diagrams, so that maybe some people can understand their anatomy better, and why it's useful to have more than less skin, for a more uncircumcised cis dick like appearance.

The first picture is with TTTs diagrams, and the second one are the same fotos without the diagrams. I took the fotos a few seconds apart, had the same "level" of erection in each one, and just pulled my foreskin back a little bit.

I'm very new to this sub and didn't do foreskin stretches in the past, but that's something you can do.

I think it's also nice to see in these fotos, that the wrinkles and waves in the beginning just disappear whith me pulling my foreskin back. Even my frenulum "waves" smooth out, despite me not directly pulling at them.

So yeah. The first foto would be the "uncircumcised" version of my dick, and the fifth one would kind of be the "circumcised" version of my dick, and where all the skin and wrinkles probably would (not) be then.

HYPERMOBILE 5 days of stretching

So just to be VERY clear; I have REALLY stretchy skin, and I'm hypermobile. These results are NOT the typical results after 5 days of stretching. I'm in contact with TTT and I'm making sure I'm not hurting myself with it. Please don't expect to get results as quickly as this, listen to your body and don't go faster than your body allows you to.

So I never did stretches before. I found this sub and I wanted to try them for myself. I did manual stretches for the last 5 days, and I'm more than happy with the results I got so far.

I sent these fotos to TTT before making this post, and they drew over them, so I could see the difference more clearly.

The first picture is from 5 days ago. The second from today. The third and the fourth are the ones TTT sent me back. First the older, then the new one.

Happy about EQ

No updates in size. I'm just happy having some of my EQ back (my antidepressants dosage was raised two weeks ago. I couldn't really get hard since then. I'm still not able to reach my 100% yet again, but it's progress. I raised the dose of my sleeping medication (all with my psychiatrists permission), and that seems to have been effective.)

I was wondering if you can just trap your TDick forward like that between your pubic bone and mattress when laying on your belly, instead of pulling your skin manually.

I was thinking about doing manual stretches, but I really don't have the nerve for it. I now thought "what if I just lay on my belly, to trap my dick between my pubic bone and mattress".

Technically it should do the same as pulling my dick to the front and up. Am I right?

I know this is only an option, when you already have some length and positioning to work with.

For context; I have just below 5cm not erect, and positioning/mobility, that allows me to hold my dick in place that way between mattress and pubic bone.

Just wondering if this in an option for "lazy stretching" if you have compatible anatomy.

I tried to draw a diagram of what I mean, for better understanding.
