First I want say please let me know or know that if I word anything incorrectly it is not coming from a place of hate or not wanting to being 100% supportive and kind.
I am a 35 year old Cisgender pansexual woman. I have been lucky and been raised in a family that being Queer was seen the same as being straight.
My 2 best friends and most amazing people I know are Trans MTF & FTM.
My friend who is FTM is early in his transition and has very little support and resources. They are the type of person who would never ask for help and just wants to take care of others. I acted like I was curious (I prefer to ask questions instead of sounding ignorant) pulled up binders and binding tape on my phone. I just scrolled and asked how is put on without hurting? Went to packing section. Can you wear these with regular underwear? Is there a size people normally start with?
Luckily he loves to talk as much as I do! I ended buying a binding tape kit in the size he wanted, 2 salve, 2 oil, scissors, 3 colors tape, packing kit smaller, 2 special boxer brief with pouch, foam insert.
This is a surprise I didn't tell him I was ordering anything and I want to make sure I have everything covered. I heard skin friendly cornstarch is good for when you sweat. Is there a cheaper box brief I can get a couple more of? They were a little pricey and I could only get 2.
I want him to be able to feel comfortable, loved, and supported for who he is. I want to do it right
