I have a weird idea, this would be based on an alternate reality in which for some reason the birthrate of man has drastically dropped to 1 against 10 woman. This led to a matriarchy state, where woman tend to occupy most powerfull positions on society, but also where men are valued incredibly high. Being married is a privilege, there are lots of woman who die without having fucked a guy in their whole life. All man between 18 and 36 are active sperm donors, in order to keep society running and most of pregnancies are conceivied artificially.
