Can you take sr and Suboxone together?

I’ve been about 48 hours off 7oh, 600mg a day over the last month. I got work tomorrow and can’t take any time off, I’ve felt better today than yesterday but still can’t sleep much. If I took 50mg today then 50mg tomorrow for work, just to get some sleep tonight and function throughout tomorrow, would that fuck up my cold turkey much? I’ve been eating subs they just aren’t doing shit
