I'm not looking to make myself extraordinary I just want to be at a more reasonable weight. I don't care if I have a little bit of fat still on me I think it's nice to be squishy. I weigh in the upper 170s and my goal is to be in the 140s to 150s. My diet consists of a lot of sugar and I am decently active, I'm normally moving around outside or at work and I do volunteer work. I work in a grocery store and sometimes shoplift the damaged items in the damage bend, a lot of them are sugary. Seriously I want help any advice would be nice :c
