What was supposed to be a simple reconnaissance mission turns into a nightmare for the young ninja. In all her missions, she had gone undetected and successfully retrieved valuable intel on her targets before safely returning them to her commander. She was caught at dawn, and one misjudged step out in the woods was all it took for her world to turn upside down, both literally and figuratively. Before she could cut the rope extending from a thick tree branch, she was surrounded by enemy forces coming from all directions. They quickly identified her as a member of the Yuga clan by the insignia on her uniform.

They took her weapons first. Each blade was secured, and her wrists and feet were bound tightly with a bag thrown over her head while she kicked and screamed behind one of the soldiers who rode off into an unknown territory. The march through the small village was slow. Children pointed, and elders watched without expression. Before she knew it, she was led into the town square and forced onto a pillory while she knelt on the hot stone beneath her. Then the bag off her head was yanked off by a guard. The sudden light after seeing darkness nearly blinded her, and a small crowd gathered around the young woman. One of the guards then grabbed her hair and forced her head up so she could stare at the onlookers.

“This here is a spy, caught at the ravine! A member of the arrogant Yuga Clan who thinks they can send one of their own to spy on us! Purple hair, bold colors…arrogance, dressed as confidence! She shall be punished for trying to spy on us, but first, a display for you all to see! I want you to look into the eyes of the enemy and find any inkling of remorse!” The guard announced loudly to the crowd while proudly displaying her face. Then, he let go. A few footsoldiers remained stationed around her, forming a perimeter, while passersby were allowed to stare at the young ninja spy on the pillory to view their enemy with contempt.

Hi! Recently, I've been wanting to do a roleplay where a ninja spy is captured by enemy forces, publicly humiliated first, before receiving further punishment. As to what becomes of her fate, we'll both discuss! This idea was partially inspired by a particular scene in the latest Mortal Kombat movie.

Some possibilities are that she's turned after getting brainwashed, or perhaps becomes a plaything for one of the clan's captains and is passed around soldier to soldier. Maybe she even gets sold off to another clan or the black market?

Some kinks I'd like to play out for this include public play, BDSM, humiliation, slapping, hair pulling, cumplay, breeding/pregnancy risk, interracial, blowbangs, degradation, and name-calling.

I'd like to flesh out our ninja a bit more before we get started and answer any questions you may have about the idea. Suggestions are always welcome, of course. I also have a reference for her I'd like to use.
