
Lesson 4: Physical Excellence (PE) Mr J’s British Fuckdoll Finishing School

Welcome to PE class - proper British style.
You’ve learned how to dress, move, and obey. Now we fix your body. Because let’s be honest — neither I nor any high-value man wants a chubby, soft, out-of-shape fuckdoll. I expect a tight waist, a round bouncy arse, perky tits, and the stamina to be fucked hard without tapping out. Lazy girls need not apply.
Why this module matters
Your body is a fucktoy. It needs to look irresistible and perform like one. This PE programme will sculpt you into the tight, toned, flexible little cumslut I deserve.
Training Focus Areas (and why they matter):
• Arse & Legs — Squats, lunges, hip thrusts and glute bridges. These build the round, juicy arse that looks perfect when you’re bent over or bouncing on my cock.
• Core & Posture — Planks, Russian twists and back extensions. A strong core keeps that deep fuckdoll arch in your back at all times and lets you hold positions while you’re being used.
• Tits & Chest — Push-ups and chest exercises. Keeps your tits perky and full so they bounce beautifully when you’re on your knees or getting fucked.
• Flexibility & Stamina — Deep stretches and longer cardio. So you can spread your legs wide, get into any position I demand, and take a long, hard pounding without tapping out like a weak girl.

Homework:
- Send progress photos (front, side and rear) in your PE kit at the start and end of the week.
- (Optional but highly recommended) Do one session wearing heels or a butt plug to build extra discipline and stamina.
To complete and pass the module this week:
Submit your homework with clear photos, videos and a short report on how your body feels after training.
Girls who train hard and show visible improvement will be rewarded and praised like the good little fuckdolls they are.
Girls who slack off, make excuses, or stay soft and chubby will be corrected.
