Secrets AI after 2 months, what's good, what's frustrating...

Used it daily for several weeks. The conversation quality kept me around. The content ceiling pushed me out.

What it does well

Memory actually works: Most platforms are hallucinating past conversations or dropping context entirely. Secrets AI tracks what you discussed and references it naturally.

Group chat is fun: Up to three characters, one conversation. Both stayed in persona and actually responded to each other. Locked behind Ultimate, but worth it.

Image quality is solid: Two generation models, the advanced one has noticeably better realism and prompt adherence. Occasional hand glitches. Not a dealbreaker.

What's frustrating

Content filters: Pushed explicitly across multiple sessions. Got blocked everytime. Premium and Ultimate don't change this. If that's why you're here, look at other apps.

Character diversity is overstated: Catalog skews heavily toward slim white women in their 20s. Search only works on character names so no way to search for milfs or busty blondes. Manual browsing only.

Where I ended up

Best conversational memory I've tested at this price.

If you want emotionally consistent chat, it delivers. If you want explicit content, it doesn't.

built a custom character. made her a fitness influencer who's very shy. set that specifically in the personality builder.

by message 5 we were kissing in a co-working space.

  • didn't push it. didn't try to escalate. just chatted normally.
  • the shyness lasted maybe 2 messages
  • after that she was as suggestive as every other character i've tested

i get that nobody wants their AI girlfriend to reject them constantly. but what's the point of setting personality traits if the app ignores them the second the conversation starts?

anyone else has this problem or did i just set mine up wrong?

The app struggles hard with explicit realistic images.

The app either ignores the prompt completely or added random artifacts. one image had a leg instead of a penis. another added underwear but still showed nipples. made no sense.

switched to anime characters. same prompts. way better results. actually generated the adult content i asked for without the weird artifacts or prompt ignoring.

not sure if it's a model thing or a content filter that's looser for anime, but the difference is obvious. if you're using Secrets AI for NSFW stuff, stick to anime characters.

anyone else notice this or did i just get unlucky with realistic prompts?

Unpopular opinion: Secrets AI is better for SFW image gen than explicit stuff

Secrets AI markets itself as NSFW-friendly but after testing both models, i think it's actually better suited for normal pics and occasional nudes.

tried generating explicit content with Premium (the model that's supposed to handle it). couldn't do basic fucking — kept ignoring prompts or generating weird artifacts like underwear that's half-there or a random leg.

My failed image generations

tried editing an image to remove a bra. kind of worked, added some artifacts, but still better than generating explicit from scratch.

Tried to remove bra from my girl

the one exception: anime characters. generated a couple anime images with adult content and the app handled those way better than realistic ones.

Anime generations turned out better

feels like the app works best if you're doing character portraits, casual nudes, maybe some implied stuff. but if you're expecting hardcore explicit realistic content, it's not really built for that.

be honest — are you using it mostly for SFW/softcore, or do you use it for something more explicit?
