Like I imagine it as like hot or cold and when the knot happens it’s like the most intense feeling ever and it makes the human/ creature go crazy and ask for more , that kinda thing also if you had a knot looking penis who would it look like or the size of it ? . I mean like what is something that you deeply love and fully describe it , in my case is tenticales and to be punished via slimey tenticales or to go to pound down on monsters I mean any monster really apart from dragons . And you can describe to the detail too .
