The aftercare of a cold 🥶 🚿 shower after a workout is pretty much looking for some comfort the rest of the day 😉.

After a bit heavy drinks on Friday, my workout today was absolutely awfull, so to compensate the feeling I tried a 12km run and was equally unimpressive 🙃.
But I'm curious and nosy, did any of you sport/workout?
