I was very thin when I was young, finally started filling out in my 30s and have since lost weight unintentionally. Trying to gain 10 lb back. Thank you for being so kind on this sub 🤍

I love how all body types are appreciated here. This is my 43 yr old body. I'm usually 115 but lost some weight unintentionally. Embracing my smaller frame for now.
