I've been recruiting new webcam models for a while now. Before that, I worked as a cam model myself, so I know the industry from both sides.
A couple of weeks ago, I joined an additional network to recruit for, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much in the beginning. But after just two weeks, I've already earned a little over $220 USD in commissions.
Maybe that's completely normal for this network—I genuinely don't know yet—but I'm having a lot of fun doing it. The best part isn't even the money. I really enjoy sharing my own experience, helping new models avoid common mistakes, and seeing them get started with confidence.
I'm curious... are there any other recruiter agents or former cam models here?
Or has anyone been thinking about becoming a recruiter? I'd love to hear about your experience or answer any questions.
