It’s ok to not be ok
Hey ladies, I know I’ve been a bit absent lately - I’ve been going through a bit of a rough patch both physically and mentally… I just wanted to put some good energy out into the ether and remind you all that no matter how you’re feeling, no matter what you’re going through you’re never alone. Sometimes I need to be reminded of that, and I thought I’d take a moment to remind you of that as well.
I also wanted to give a semi-public thank you to the person here that always keeps me positive. We have a saying we share, “You don’t have to be brave with me.” I hope everyone can find a person that they don’t need to be brave with and can just “be”.
It’s ok to not be ok, and you don’t have to do it alone.
