I feel like my body looks utterly gross. I've lost 57 lbs but I still just see every flaw.

I don't know how to accept this body, because it's clear to me it's not going to look better with weight loss.

It's a permanently ugly body.

Reddit is being a pain.

My husband and my boyfriend and I are all going out this weekend for an event for my birthday, and I got this dress to wear out for it.

Not sure how I feel about how I look in it.

For the first time in my adult life.
