TL;DR: I'm in a relationship, but this is something she wants me to do. Looking for something casual and ideally long-term where we can consistently meet each other's needs.

Here's the story: I'm in a relationship with a wonderful woman who I am very much in love with. However, she has some medical issues that prevent us from having the kind of sex life that keeps me satisfied. Because of this, she wants me (yes, this was HER idea) to find someone who can meet those needs on a regular basis. Obviously, I'm interested in meeting whatever needs you have, too. I'm experienced and giving (I can be adventurous if that's your thing) and I tend to worry about my partner's pleasure at least as much as my own, if not more.
