PRIVATE DEBT AGREEMENT

This agreement is made on 10/05/2026 between:

Creditor: Master Licht
Debtor: [YOUR NAME]

1. Debt Amount
   The Debtor acknowledges owing the Creditor the amount of 2500USD. (Amount to be discussed.)

2. Interest
   The outstanding balance will accrue interest at a rate of 5% per week until fully paid.

3. Minimum Amount
   The Debtor agrees to pay a minimum of 100USD every WEEK.

4. Payment Schedule
   The Debtor agrees to make payments according to the following schedule:
   EVERY FRIDAY

5. Late Payment Penalty
   If any payment is late, the total outstanding balance will increase by 10USD for each calendar day the payment remains unpaid.

6. Voluntary Agreement
   The Debtor confirms that:
   - They are at least 18 years old
   - They enter this agreement voluntarily
   - They understand the financial obligations described above

7. Default
   Failure to pay may result in:
   - Additional late fees
   - Suspension or termination of this agreement

8. Non-Refundability
   All payments made under this agreement are final and non-refundable.

9. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to keep this agreement private unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Initial Fee
    An initial fee of 50USD will be paid via Throne to activate the contract.

11. Processing Fee
    A fee of 10USD will be taken for the processing of any payment made in time, the amount will increase to 50USD if the payment is late.

12. Late Payment Interest
    The amount accrued by the creditor will be subjected to a 15% interest for every week (7 days) total of late payments.

13. Complaint Fee
    A fee of 20USD will be applied for every time the debtor complains about making a transaction .

14. Unauthorised Spending Fee
    If any purchases over 50USD are made without consent of the creditor, the debtor will have to pay an extra 50% of the amount spent.

15. Interruption Fee
    A fee of 25USD will be credited for disturbing the creditor unnecessarily.

16. Termination
    - The contract shall be terminated only after at least 6 weeks of activity.
    - Alternatively, the contract may be terminated after the full amount is paid.
    - If both parties agree, the contract may be terminated early.

17. Extra Clauses
    The debtor may request any other additional clause for the contract (chastity cage etc.)
