I got it recommended through other sub reddits. So I ordered their product. Sadly it seems that I was scammed? After waiting for more than month with no update I tried to contact them multiple times with questions about the status of my order (email, their store chat).

Yet they haven't responded at all (8 days since I have sent the email). So is this normal for this company or do you think something went wrong.
