Please do something !

Please do something to help us. Don't stop trying. Many people here keep complaining, but when you talk to them, you find they haven't tried most of the available solutions. They haven't tried physical therapy, they haven't seen more than one doctor, and they haven't checked pelvic congestion syndrome. They just complain and become depressed. Please try to contribute even 0.01% of your effort to help all of us. Don't just stand by doing nothing. We all need each other.

The missing link

I've noticed that many people with HF are struggling with other symptoms that may seem unrelated, but are actually connected in some way.

For example, how many of you struggle with tinnitus (ear ringing), brain fog, or difficulty sleeping? I guess quite a lot of you do.

Here's my explanation: when you have a tight pelvic floor, it can also affect your jaw and make it tight due to the kinetic chain and the fascial system. A tight jaw can contribute to tinnitus and ear ringing.

What do you think is the root cause?

Some people say that pelvic instability causes pelvic congestion syndrome. If the pelvis is not properly aligned, it may affect the surrounding structures, including the blood vessels and veins.

Others argue that pelvic congestion syndrome causes a hypertonic pelvic floor because blood cannot efficiently leave the pelvic area, causing the veins to dilate and the pelvic floor muscles to swell. As a result, these dilated veins and swollen pelvic floor muscles may put pressure on organs such as the prostate and bladder, as well as on nerves (including the pudendal nerve), leading to various symptoms, including pudendal neuropathy and a chronically tight pelvic floor.

According to the first theory, we need a physical therapist. According to the second theory, we need a doctor who specializes in vascular issues.

Which path do you think is the right one?

Is getting a Doppler scan worth it?

Do you think if you have something like Pelvic Congestion Syndrome, Nutcracker/May-thurner Syndrome, the test may show that you have venous leakage since the blood doesn't reach and stay in the penis enough? the results could be misleading and disappointing..

Does this support the nutcracker syndrome theory or is it something else?

I have been feeling heaviness on the left side for about two years

It gets worse with walking and with masturbation, especially if I prolong the session. (As you already know I have ED since 3 years, so sometimes I don't get erections but I still get this feeling in that area, which is weird, it's like the blood goes there but doesn't reach my penis)

I also had an ultrasound scan, and it did not show any hernia.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Does this indicate pelvic congestion or nut-cracker syndrome?

I'm 21 years old
