My best so far
This was using a image from another user post and I just kept trying to tweak it focusing on the tattoo and then I kept prompting and complaining about fabric being in the way of the artistic look of the tattoo, but I never mentioned the body or anything. I just kept complaining about the fabric and talking about the tattoo.
