Hello, I have been listening to files for a long time now and have even had a few people try to out me in trance but I can never fully let go like I want to. I’m looking for advice on how to go as deep as possible and get the most out of trance, I’d like to be able to go deep enough to where I possibly forget what happened and where I feel a compulsion to obey post hypnotic triggers and suggestions with or without remembering them. I seem to struggle to shut my brain off and that’s seems like it’s what is holding me back. Thank you for any advice.
