Well. Here's my take on the concept!

The man in front of the computer chuckled as he heard the report. He knew they would never find him. It's not like he left no evidence. In fact - he left plenty of it. Fingerprints, hair, and then - of course - semen. That was the bit that was left unsaid.
But it was not like that evidence was going to lead anywhere. Once he was out the chance of being caught was virtually zero.
He logged in to hChan next, looking for reactions, and commenting out loud on good and bad guesses.

The man turned back away from the screen and rolled his office chair to the other side of the room.
There, two gigantic CRT screens were displaying ever-changing security video feeds. Except this was not just one building they were monitoring. They were showing images from all over the world. Every screen would display four at once, for thirty seconds. After that - they would change. Never to be seen again. There was some pattern to the images viewed. They always showed a single room with exactly one door. Sometimes the room would be empty. Sometimes an adult would be in it, sometimes more, but never anyone below twenty as far as the man could tell. Besides that, it seemed to be completely random. Every place in the world was represented. The TV was as likely to show a company conference room overlooking Hudson Bay as storage shed in the jungle of Cambodia or an apartment bedroom in London.
He watched the screens flicker and change and quickly scanned the screens. He was getting good at it. Making split second decisions.

Images flicker until he finds something he likes. Then he has to run. To the gate. He didn't always make it, but he was getting better. He only had thirty seconds to get to the door. Even less considering he needed a few seconds to make a decision to go in based on the footage on the screens.
He had absolutely no idea how it worked. How two ancient CRT screens that were only connected to an electric outlet could continuously display the view from the entire globe. And it was an entire globe. By this point, he visited all the continents (well, excluding Arctica).
And he did that by simply walking through one of the eight doors. And as long as the doors behind him won't close. He will never be caught!
