My needs are getting in the way of my daily routines and making my relationship more difficult.

I'm looking for someone to help me reduce my dependency on it. I'm not sure how this would look but adding some rules and accountability would help, I think.

I'm not sure about my limits but toilet stuff is an obvious one. I would need to know someone well to share personal information, too
