I posted this in the main sub a few years ago, remembered the idea, and found it really hot. Grabbed it and made some slight alterations.

I, ____________, henceforth known as the "Lee", enter into this contract with ___________, henceforth known as the "Ler." I do this of sound mind and with my complete consent. I agree fully and completely to the following stipulations for the duration of this contract, which is the agreed upon length of time here: ______________.
- I will give my Ler, in as much detail as possible, information on all of my most ticklish spots. This can include verbal instructions, written diagrams, or body writing pointing out my weakest points. I now exist to be tickled as much as my ler desires, and my torment will be maximized by surrendering this information ahead of time for my Ler's pleasure.
- I no longer have the right to any clothing. I am to remain naked at all times. I will not cover up ticklish spots or private areas with my hands or anything else. Doing so will earn extra punishment.
- At my ler's discretion, I will no longer use my name. I will be referred to as my ler wants me to be referred. This could be just "lee," but could also include appropriate titles like slave, tickle meat, or tickle slut. I accept that this is to reinforce that my identity for the duration of the contract does not matter beyond my capacity to be tickled for my ler's pleasure.
- At the use of certain code phrases to be agreed upon, I will assume certain positions instantly and without hesitation. For example, if my ler says "spread," I will lay on the ground and spread my arms and legs wide for maximum access to ticklish spots. If there is bondage gear available, upon the agreed code phrase, I will assume the position in that gear and wait to be secured and tickled. This is to create a pavlovian response to my ler's commands so they can torture me at any time with most convenience.
- I am owned by my ler. As a result, I am property to do with as they see fit. If they would like to share me with other individuals for the purpose of gang tickling or to loan out to a friend for fun, that is their right and I accept the outcome of that. Everyone in the situation has a right to my body except me.
- I recognize that sexual stimulation and orgasms are an important part of making me ticklish. As a result, my ler has the right to stimulate me sexually whenever they feel the need. This includes penetration in all holes as well as stimulation of my genitals.
- I recognize that is can, somehow, always be worse. Any violation of these rules will result in additional tickling torment and further punishment.
- I recognize that all of these rules are designed to pleasure my ler and help me be the best tickle sub I can be. I will do my best to transform my mind and body into someone who exists to be tickled and suffer because that is what I was made for. I accept this role with pride and enthusiasm.
The Lee and Ler agree to the use of one session ending safeword, _____________. This is to only be used in emergencies. Upon use of the safeword, the lee and ler can renegotiate terms or go their separate ways and void the duration of the contract.
