Do you still have to email axolom before ordering customizations?
I'm a little unclear with the new website design. Is it ok to just order or should I wait until i hear back?
Also, what's the deal with some packers listing painted details and customizations as "in stock" while others say "out of stock"? are they no longer made to order? Does that mean this customization is just sold out today or that it won't be available in the foreseeable future?
