TW: Probably difficult conversations here.

So I'm a therapist, gay, very kink aware and I would say member of that community. I'm not referring to things that are obviously illegal here, but I'm wondering for those in and out of the community if you think that someone should "seek help" if they practice certain things. Im thinking of things that can put someone in danger like bug chasing, Cnc, binging or restricting, etc. If you had a friend who was "into" something, at what point would you be generally concerned? TIA
