This counts as functional castration right?
According to the internet, 104F-109F is enough to do this but won’t damage the skin if you limit to an hour a few times a week. I think based on my reading, sperm production drops within two weeks and T production drops in a month. Need to go longer for total cessation. I am still going through articles and learning but made this caption as encouragement in the meantime. Xoxo
