I try to comment thoughtfully on as many posts here as possible, but I know some questions feel too personal or specific to put in a public thread. Sometimes you just need to talk through your unique situation, anatomy, or concerns privately.

Over the past 5 years (wow, can't believe it's been that long), I've worked directly with dozens of women and couples - from complete beginners who weren't sure where to start, to women who could already squirt but wanted to improve consistency, volume, or intensity. Every body is different, and sometimes a back-and-forth conversation is what actually moves the needle.

I have some free time nights this week and I'm happy to chat directly with anyone who wants guidance. Women and couples are my priority - I've found the most success when I'm talking to the person who will actually be experiencing this, or at least when their partner is actively involved in the conversation.

Nothing is too basic or too "weird" to ask about. We can talk about:

• Where to even start if you've never squirted
• Troubleshooting if you're trying but nothing's working
• Improving technique if you already can but want more
• How to communicate about this with a partner
• Physical or mental blocks you're hitting
