How do you overcome the shame and guilt of having this fetish?

Not everyone will relate to this but from time to time, I do feel some shame and low key guilt over being attracted to bellybuttons. I had it ever since I was a kid. It started first when I went to Disney world, got a photo taken with a hula girl and she had a deep innie.

But anyways, when I see tiktok videos and comments shaming people who like bellybuttons, I can't help but feel seen. Hell, even when I see people mocking Tarantino for his foot fetish, I also feel seen. Im personally not into feet, but let's say he was into bellybuttons instead, people would probably react the same way. I think his issue is he's way too open about it and has actresses do shots with their feet, which is going way too far.

Hell, even when I see comments on pics/videos models or sometimes comedians showing their bellybuttons, some guys with no filter will flat out say "nice/cute bellybutton". Another model I followed on instagram had a post saying "you can go ahead and make creepy comments about my bellybutton now". While I didn't make any myself, it gave me more pressure to keep it hidden.

It's not so much that I talk about it, but rather the pressure to keep it hidden if that makes sense.
