Mine still works fine, but I chuck it in my bag, rucksack, pocket and take it everywhere. I look after it but naturally it gets a bit battered from use which made me worry if I got the dreaded EO4 error would S&B try void my warranty based on the condition it’s in even though the error has nothing to do with the condition.

I’m asking because a friend put some crumble in my venty with some herb and it wasn’t until after we both realised how it melts and liquifies when heated so I started to worry about it dripping into the holes at the bottom of the chamber
