How do you stay away from this?

July 4th is my (hopefully) last day doing this. Been abusing 1x mo for years now and am just sick of it. But here's my prob: AVOIDING it. Walmart? Trigger. Local grocery store that carries it? Trigger. REDDIT?!? Massive trigger! I've had tips thrown at me like: 1) Start exercising regularly. Too late...I already do and have for decades...I'm a gym rat. 2) Find a hobby. I have many. Doesn't stop the cravings. 3) THIS being the most difficult trigger: "Rainforest" orders, delivered to your door within 24hrs. How, how, HOW did you stop and for how long have you been amph-free (and remained sober)? I think since 10/22 I've had a 6mo period of sobriety---only to hop on this sub and ruin it all...again.

4 the 4th be with you..?

OK...that was a cheap and sad attempt at a 1776/Star Wars/Benzedrex headline. Here's my *real* question - For my heavy(er) users: If you use 6-7 at once for a maximum 1x/1-2mo binge, but you want to attend your neighborhood block party for the 4th of July and DONT want to be that obviously tweaked, what amount would you use (based off your max's)?

Everyone will be good and drunk by the time I attend/fireworks/dark out, so not too concerned there, just want to be able to walk/function lol...My gut says go for "only" 4 (hence the header), but am trying to find that plateau where you don't just zone out for hours on end...and can still be somewhat talkative with drunks lol.

Effects of higher dose/range

Couldn't think of a better title, but for my larger dosers on here:

Have you noticed a plateau where you go from being able to somewhat function/move around vs sitting in one spot hyperfocused? I have exp from using anywhere from 1-8 at once and yes, have a super-high stim tolerance. Did I enjoy the 8? Euphorically-speaking? Yes. But I've had times when used let's say, 4 and felt more "able" to move around/do things. Not sit in one spot like a brainrot-zombie gaming for 4-6hrs. So is there a threshold where that point hits you? I've done 2 at once and literally had driven back to the store to buy more as it felt like almost nothing. I also never use more than once a month, being roughly 7 ea time. I know tolerance/bodyweight/frequency all are factors here. But again, if you're a higher-dose user like me, what's your plateau for avoiding those effects?
