My experience
So as a kid I always wanted to touch and feel a belly button ever since I started watching anime (shoutout Amagami SS), and I spent about 5 years just wondering, sometimes playing with mine. I got a gf but she wasn’t comfortable and we eventually drifted apart. Everything changed in uni. I was slightly depressed since its in a cold area (Madison) and that would mean I wouldn’t see any commonly :( I met a girl in my first semester and over time we found feelings for each other
I went to her dorm and while we were there cuddling and hugging each other, I just lifted her shirt and kissed her bellybutton and she surprisingly liked it! And was very open to the experience, so much so that she even would do the same and tickle me. Whenever i would meet her i would first kiss her waist and belly and then finally her belly button and she loved it so so much
Unfortunately like all good things in life we didn’t last. I realized I didn’t truly love her and it was extremely hard for my heart to let her go so soon. We are still good friends but it ain’t the same :(
Hopefully I’ll find someone who also has this fetish and actually marry
