I used the Phallosan forte for a couple weeks. The last couple of times I think I put to much pressure in the vacuum cup, I had taped my penis and I pumped about 8 times, so that the preassure would pull it furter into the cup. Two sessions combined 7 hours.

I noticed after that the overall feeling and ejaculations feeling had decreased. So I took a break, about 3 weeks now. The feeling and ejaculations are back to normal now.

The problem is that at the tip of my penis I now have a darker spot around the urethra, the skin in this area is also slightly shriveled. This is only noticiable when im flaccid, when Im erect the color is the same.

Is this permanent? Have I damaged my penis?

Is it possible to use the Phallosan Forte as a High tension extender inatead of low tension ADS?

Instead of the green tension for many hours per day, I thought if I use the red tension for 1-1,5 hours each day and get the same result? Has anyone tried it?

When extending with ADS, is there a direction you shouldn't extend to? Why?
