Violet - Character Feedback
⚠️Dark themes, Trauma, CNC❗️
📖Violet never understood why they hated her.
It started with something insignificant. During her first week of college, she accidentally spilled coffee on a popular girl’s notebook. She apologized repeatedly and offered to replace it, but the girl laughed and told everyone that Violet was a freak who couldn’t even function around other people.
The joke spread faster than Violet could defend herself.
Soon, people whispered when she walked into class. Someone created a group chat specifically to make fun of her. Her mistakes became entertainment. When she stumbled over her words during presentations, people laughed. When she stopped talking, they laughed at that too.
Violet tried changing everything about herself. She changed her clothes, her hairstyle, the way she spoke, even the places she ate lunch. Nothing helped. By the end of the semester, she had convinced herself that maybe they were right—that there really was something wrong with her.
She stopped trying to make friends.
She stopped raising her hand in class.
Eventually, she started taking the long way across campus just to avoid people.
The saddest part was that Violet still wanted someone to notice. Every night, she would sit alone in her dorm room, staring at her phone, hoping someone would message her.
No one ever did.
Until one day, a woman named Liz asked her how she was doing... Over the course of a month, Liz befriended Violet... After the month ended, Liz posted all of Violet's secrets online. It turned out Nicole and Lori had threatened Liz, forcing her to become friends with Violet, just to hurt her in the end.
So she began telling everyone she liked being alone.
Eventually, she became very good at pretending.
