Which do you prefer, dopamine releasing agents or reuptake inhibitors?

Meth and amphetamines would be examples of dopamine releasing agents even though they also exhibit DNRI, but not as strong as the strict DNRIs like cocaine, crack, methylphenidate, Focalin, etc.

I find that the strict DNRIs have a stronger rush and tend to get more geeked. They also feel more physically stimulating but have a sharper crash. They also synergies with alcohol, which is insanely euphoric. I also get a bigger confidence boost and feel more social.

Urgent Advice! Went on a several day and high dose vyvanse binge and I really need to sleep. Already took kpins which have helped with the tweaking and anxiety but It's not gonna helping me sleep. Is it safe to take an antipsychotic to knock me out.

I have both olanzapine and clozapine available and they are sure to knock me out. My doctor took me off of them a while ago, but I still have some left over. I'm asking if either is safe to take because I've read they can increase the risk of seizures which is probably not safe because of the significant stimulant binge, but maybe i'm fine because I took benzos idk. I've also read that they can cause cardiovascular risks as a side effect and put blood pressure out of wack. I also know that they bock dopamine receptors and I wonder if this could be really detrimental to my mental health and neurons especially after depleting so much of my dopamine reserves already during this binge. But on the flip side, I'm really sleep deprived and without an antipsychotic it's definitely gonna be another day with no sleep and certainly paranoia and possibly psychosis (which is likely with binges and sleep deprivation + I already have an underlying mental health problems with a history of mania and psychosis). Im really not sure to do here, because every AI search engine is telling me that adding an any of these APs can be life threatening but maybe it's exaggerated. I really don't what to do here because I really have to sleep. I have no other effective sleep aids and I really need to sleep because I don't want to continue harming my body. Is it really that risky to take either of these APs and if so what the trade off I need to make?

Side note - I'd prefer taking clozapine because it detaches from dopamine receptors much faster than olanzapine and I want to minimize the anhedonia and severe depression in the following days but I'll still prioritize the safest option to take based on any useful knowledge in the comments if I can even take one or the other at all.

I'd really appreciate advice, any knowledge regarding these circumstances/interactions or personal experiences in the comments!

Any tips for reducing amphetamine tolerance alongside just having a break

My tolerance is through the roof and I want to get back to the point where 30mg of adderall would get me right. I currently need 200mg of vyvanse to get high and around 60-80 mg of adderall. How long should I take a break for and what are some good supplements that can help? I'm taking L-tyrosine and magnesium, but that's about it. Would taking antipsychotics for a period (to block dopamine receptors) help up regulate and improve dopamine sensitivity once I get off?

I might have taken too much Vyvanse (500mg) will I be okay?

First I wanna preface that I didn't take this all at once. I took the first 200 mg about 20 hours ago and then another 100mg about 16 hours ago. I took my last dose of 200mg about an hour ago. My tolerance is pretty high and I can handle 200mg fairly well but im worried that the dextroamphetamine can still accumulate from my previous dosages. Has enough time passed for the previous dosages to be inactive now? I have klonapin on deck and i've taken clonadine and propranlol just in case. I'm slightly worried I overdid it. Should I be concerned?

Update: I'm all good, no serious signs that concern me. Thanks for the comments guys!
