My goal has been to regain as much sensitivity as I possible can. I’ve currently been restoring during the day with the Cat II Q and restore with Chris retainer at night. I’ve been at it for about a month. I know that Chris retainer is silicone to skin. Would you guys recommend I just stay on this path or maybe switch up to a different retainer that’s perhaps skin to skin or does it not matter?
I know this questions been asked a lot but how would you describe your sensation increase (if it all) during restoring and retaining? Additionally was there any point in time where you start noticing it starting?
I’ve been using Chris retainer for a couple weeks now and I just added urea 10 percent cream into my routine. I’m starting to see that my glans are still that white/gray but much more almost chalky/dry in a way almost like the layer of keratin is shedding? My glans aren’t really that sensitive yet. Is this what’s going on or not with anyone who has experience of stages of dekeratinization? Thank you

I know this is probably rare but has anyone heard of or they themselves been cirucmsied due to phimosis and then restored afterwards and if so how did that compare for your sensation and what was that experience like?

So I started retaining and using a device 24/7 for about 2 weeks now. I just masturbated and I had just a tiny bit of pain but also my glans looked pinker and I felt like it was a little more sensitive especially at the bottom of the glans near the scar line. Is it way too soon for me to start feeling any gains and is this placebo or is this real??
For dekerntization do I have do literally have devices/retainer on 24/7 or is taking it off to use the restroom/shower fine? Will that stop it from happening?

So I’m a beginner and I’m going to purchase the cat II q as my first device. The starter kit has the silicone but I don’t see a frenelum notch. Will I still be able to wear it?

Considering the CAR-1 or the CAT 2 Q as I’ve heard these are the most convenient. For the car 1 I beleive I’d be at a 35 mm for sizing and I don’t seem to see a sizing for the cat 2 q. Is it a one size fits all for that device? Also which would recommend I purchase? Do you have to take them off every time you pee?
