For some time now, I’ve been interested in exploring nudism, but I don’t personally know anyone who shares this interest. It feels a bit intimidating to start on my own, especially since I’m quite shy and come from a fairly conservative family when it comes to these topics.

The truth is that, apart from when I’m alone in my room, I’ve never really had the opportunity to experience it, so all of this is new to me. That’s why I thought I’d write here.

What’s strange is that sometimes, for example at the gym, I notice my attention drifting toward naked bodies, and that makes me question why nudity interests me so much. It creates some confusion for me. I consider myself heterosexual, but at the same time I feel curious, and I’m not quite sure how all of that fits into what I’m discovering.

I’d like to know how you got started and whether there are communities or spaces (online or otherwise) that are beginner-friendly. I’d also be open to talking with people who have experience and would like to share advice.
