28 [M4F] #Chinatown - Looking for dorky friends to hang out with
This is not a romance post or anything. If you're expecting me to be a super hunk of a guy then you will be disappointed. So please don't ask for a pic if you're looking for that. Being blocked for that is a bit hurtful lol.
Anyway, I'm hoping to find some friends in Chicago. I don't mind the gender but I do tend to get along with women easier so I made my post m4f. Im a bit of a dork myself. I play video games, watch anime, work with finances so a lot of math haha. I don't really care all that much if all of our hobbies don't align but I would prefer to have some things we both enjoy so we actually have things to do together.
Tbh I don't do all that well in group settings. Having multiple people to talk to kind of gives me anxiety that I'm talking over people to the point where I often just kind of stop talking. So I would prefer a 1 on 1 friendship at least to start.
As mentioned previously, I do enjoy gaming. I game on PC so would be cool to have someone to do that with! Im not all that into competitive games and honestly im not hugely skilled at them. I mostly just play to have a good time. Outside of gaming, I do enjoy trying new foods, bowling, pool, and ive been trying out different Cafés on the weekends.
I do work from home so life can get a bit lonely. Ive got a roommate but we don't talk very much. If hanging out indoors and just having some sort of company while watching movies or gaming is your thing then we'd get along well! I find peace in just chilling with friends. Show them a funny reel or something and just do our own thing.
