I was hoping to get some information on a lymphocele I’m fairly certain I have. I only leanred what this was today but it matches what I have pretty well:
Large bulging “vein” along the right side of my shaft that is compressible and able to be flattened through a massage from tip to base.
I am not a PE guy, but I was a prone (prone position / idiosyncratic masturbation style) masturbator for all of my life (oops). Basically, I was clamping with knowing it. In December ‘25, I masturbated like this, being rough, and got this condition as well as HF. I think I had a problem kegeling too much.
Anyways, I didn’t think too much of the “vein” itself because I was down the rabbit hole of pelvic floor therapy and seeing urologists (I thought it was a symptom of HF).
It’s been 4 1/2 months now and I havent taken an extended break from masturbating or sex this entire time. Is it still reversible? What should I do? Has anyone reversed it starting this late before?
