Be real, I used to do about 300-400 mg of vyvanse atleast 3 to 4 times a week and stimfap for like 14 hours. I’m young, I used to do that for about 10 months. I still do it but not as bad as I used to at all and I have a lot of anxiety about it now caused from stims. Did I do damage?

I know this isn’t exactly a stimulant issue, But I’m high as fuck off 300 mg vyvanse and stimulant addicts are pretty smart, So how do you get wet toilet paper out of your ear? Some context is that I randomly decided to clean my ears
