

Started doing squats and stretches so I can get the body shape I am aiming for
Just regular squats for now maybe some goblet squats and other glute exercises, with some stretches and so on because it's lowk sad I can't even touch my toes without bending my knees, any tips are welcome, infact... PLEASE GIVE ME TIPS, but yeah, I'm mostly aiming for a better figure/shape in my hips, glutes and thighs
