I would like to know if I can make the glans hydrated and smooth like a complete penis.

Restoration takes a long time. Has anyone managed to get a smooth and hydrated glans without foreskin using any specific creams and other tools to cover the glans reducing the friction from clothing?

I hate how it looks and I can't wait 20 years for it to look like a normal penis.
