Just got 15ct 15mg DXM Softgels, how many should I take without full disassociation? I'm new to stuff like this so any help will be very appreciated! Also if weight comes into play, I am 106lbs (have extreme eating disorders so I'm very lightweight for a 19 year old).
Right now I am on a T-Break because I would smoke so much and get a relatively normal high. This is my 2nd T-Break and the last one was around 3-4 days (I wouldn't count it because I still smoked the very little oil I had in my vape).
How long is around the time to where my tolerance is relatively reset? I heard that 48-72 hours is enough for it to be somewhat reset, while others say that a 7-14 day break can reset it back to around beginner levels.
To give you a perspective on my tolerance, I could take 2 blinkers before school and I wouldn't be that high as I would when I took a 3 second hit the first 2 months of me smoking.
Any comments are greatly appreciated. I'm not this experienced with T-Breaks.
