It's not refined, it's big, I probably look weird when using it, but damn does it work.
I came up with this prior to autoblow's official hands free options. I never meant to use it permanently, I always planned to upgrade to something better, like 4020 aluminum with a bed or nightstand clamp.
I never did upgrade because this worked so well. It eliminated almost all pop off and when everything is dialed in I can just lay back and focus on the entertainment.
The black strap acts like a pendulum. Moving the tripod forward or back helps with length of travel in as does the length of the strap.
I lay with 2 tripod legs at my side and the third in between.
I really like that Brian continuously tweaks and advances new products. I'm just sharing this in case it helps anyone else or inspires a better idea.
