I can't sleep, recommend a sleeping pill.

There isn't a suitable psychiatrist for me at the hospital in my city, so I can't get a prescription for benzodiazepines. Alternatively, I can't get a prescription for gabapentinoids because the right psychiatrist is out of town, and I can't afford the long journey right now. And finally, Zolpidem is prescription-only in the country I live in, so I can't use that either.

I also use antipsychotics as sleeping pills and I've developed a tolerance to them; they don't work anymore. I'm also taking mirtazapine, and I've developed a tolerance to that too. I'm taking Unisom, and I still can't sleep even after taking 6 Unisom pills. I need an alternative medication. What would you recommend?

Is it possible that the hallucinations caused by dissociative substances are a reflection of our subconscious, or that those bizarre hallucinations we see could actually be related to our psychology?

A few days ago, I went on my second memantine trip. On my first trip, I took 15 pills and experienced an effect similar to K-hole, but because I used it at home in the evening with dim light, the hallucinations were mostly introspective. I didn't really see patterns or things that weren't there. I took 10 pills this time. I was in a forest park, which also had a beach, and this time I had a slightly different experience. I had never used psychedelics before, but I constantly saw patterns, lots of numbers like 23838382873, flowing like that. I kept seeing triangles, patterns related to synthwave aesthetics, and lots of eyes in the trees; the leaves of the trees had turned into eyes. One tree means about 500 eyes, so you're in a forest and you see 5000 eyes. Wow! At the same time, the colors were very bright, and it felt like I was seeing visions of the future. But the strangest thing was that when I looked at my own photos, my face had taken on a demonic form. When I looked in the mirror, I saw the same face. The faces of my friends around me, however, were perfectly normal. There was no change. The first time I took memantine, I took 15 pills. When I looked in the mirror, my face just looked fuller, silly, and cute. This time it was different. In the mirror, I saw a handsome devil with sharp facial features, a rectangular face shape, a devilish, cunning, confident, and cool-looking face 🤠😎 Okay, jokes aside, I really was seeing this. What I'm wondering is, do these eyes, numbers, triangles, my own face, etc., have any psychological meaning, like dream interpretation? And is it normal for dissociative substances to cause LSD-like hallucinations?

Hi, I usually use many drugs, even hallucinogenic substances, at home in the evening. I've never taken dissociative drugs in the morning. If I were to use these substances by the sea in the morning, would I still experience strong hallucinations and feelings of euphoria, just like in the evening? Has anyone here ever used DXM outside in the morning?

What kind of music do you like when using DXM? I like synthwave, disco, and vaporwave. This is my playlist: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRppAUjZIoXkHMZhm3cwsZA-\_nLfNFjiB&si=LrbHn5\_2gRWzwIdp. I also added some FNAF music from my childhood because I wanted a bit of a nightmare experience and it felt nostalgic. Don't worry, they're compatible with the DXM vibe. By the way, you can share your own playlist so I can add new songs to mine.

When I take memantine, the effects last between 3 and 4 days until I reach the 3rd plateau (level 3), but the effect only lasts 1 day on the 2nd plateau. So, I'm actually planning to take 15 pills and reach the 3rd plateau, but I can't just wander around feeling groggy for 3 days. Is it possible to take 15 pills and only be high for 24 hours? If so, how can I do it?

Also, I took 500mg of Deliriant 5 days ago and I'm still experiencing minor hallucinations. Could this negatively affect my dissociative experience?

I'm looking for new hallucinogens, excluding psychedelic and dissociative ones. Anyway, let's forget about that, that's not the point. I have a question: could mirtazapine be a good hallucinogen? I don't want to experience terrifying hallucinations. Some people say mirtazapine causes hallucinations. My head is already cozy and peaceful, and if it caused hallucinations on top of that, it would be perfect, especially if it made me hear music that isn't there. Could mirtazapine really cause hallucinations?
