A few days ago, you entered a worldwide lottery for a free use license. Tickets are the equivalent of $1000 dollars, but the prize is more lucrative than any amount of cash could ever be, and so many millions of people play this lottery every 4 years.

You never expected to win, of course. But what a brilliant time you could have if you did. With a simple, golden card mailed to your house, you would have the ability to free use any person, anywhere, at any time. There are no limits and you could do anything you wanted to your “victims” as long as they aren’t permanently physically harmed (too much), and are able to leave once you are done with them.

Laws have been drafted to protect a license holder from retaliation. You couldn’t simply steal the card as it comes with a QR code that can be used to determine the identity of the original card holder. However, it is still recommended to be careful about who gets used and who they might be related to because it’s certainly possible some angry partners or family members might decide to ignore the law for their revenge. Though they would be in serious legal trouble if they did, so as long as the card holder doesn’t abuse it too hard, nothing would likely happen to them. And the police would always take the side of the card holder in any such incident anyways. It’s quite the powerful position to be in.

Even though there are 100 winners declared every 4 years, this lottery being international makes the odds of winning minuscule. But you still participated. It was too rare an opportunity to pass up. How many times could you take this chance in your life? And somehow, against all odds, you won!

Now you have 4 years to use anyone you want for any sort of sexual act you like. Who will you use? Will it be random people on the street? This is meant to be a very long term story about your character that won a free use license and gets to perform any sex act with anyone you like, whether the NPCs like it or not (I’m hoping many don’t). Characters lacking too much confidence are always welcome!

This is open for male, female or trans characters, but I would like it if you played someone who has maybe never done well on dating apps. I think it would be more fun to see how your “victims” react to a person like that being the card holder. I don’t want your bad track record to be due to a lack of hygiene, but characters lacking too much confidence are always welcome!

Some level of bi play would also be fun, but not necessary if you have a strong preference one way.

I’d much prefer it if you play a “good” person who won this license. Someone who actually cares about other people instead of being a raging asshole. (Password: Strawberry) I think it would be interesting to see you slowly corrupted into doing terrible things against the wishes of your “victims”. Different NPCs will react differently to your advances, and I feel the story will be far more interesting if your character has an internal struggle between using their license to enjoy themselves, and keeping the people they’re interacting with atleast somewhat happy about it.

This RP will be generally light hearted, but I can see a lot of potential for drama in it as well. If you feel you can handle drama and actually WANT to, make sure to let me know how you envision that going.

Things I require from people reaching out at a minimum:

- A solid opening message. Be as detailed as you like and make a great first impression. I will likely get several requests for this RP, but will only take 1, or max 2 people as partners as GMing is a lot of work. So please put in the effort to make sure you’re considered. Any messages with a good amount of effort will atleast get a response back, even if it takes me a while and even if it’s just to politely decline.

- I like to take loads of notes when I am playing with GMs and I want my players to do the same while I GM. I will teach you my system, but basically I’ll want you to note down any details you feel will be useful for us to remember, such as your character’s developing relationship with NPCs, details about NPCs’ bodies, details about their lives that you learn etc. This helps with longevity of the RP as both of us can remember major points we want to revisit with each character.

- A detailed list of your kinks and limits. I want someone with very few limits, but I want you to be honest about them from the start. Don’t pretend to have low limits if you actually don’t.

- This story will be kept as realistic and grounded as a story like this can be. That means I want you to be able to accept that a lot of people won’t be into what your character wants to do with them and I want you to be able to take it in stride and deal with the fallout and consequences, whatever they may be.

- Help with creation of characters as we go. I will want to develop your character’s life and the people in it, including your family, your coworkers/college mates (based on who you are) and people from your past that you will want to run into again. I will want your help developing all these characters, including references. But apart from that, I would also like your help coming up with random NPCs at times.

- If you decide to meet any celebrities, I will likely want to play them atleast somewhat accurately, so I will want your help with learning about them by sending me YouTube videos of interviews and such so I get their vibe and can play them reasonably accurately. I am more than happy for you to go after well known people, but please try to keep it somewhat limited so I don’t go insane learning about them. I DO have a life (sort of).

- I want this RP to have a some semblance of a character driven story. So I need you to be able to develop meaningful relationships with NPCs and play out the relationships you already have somewhat reasonably

- IRL refs only. No art or AI for this one.

- Someone who can usually post multiple times a day and is able to respond throughout the day. I don’t need instant answers at all times. I just don’t want to be stuck with someone who is only free for a 1-2 hour window a day to write, as matching time off can be a huge hassle. This is an asynchronous RP.
