For what has probably been a few months now I’ve been trying on and off to achieve this goal and I haven’t which is obviously why I’m making this post.
I’m really just looking for any methods or tips from experienced sissies, what helped you guys reach this goal the first time?
(I don’t own any toys or cages due to my current circumstances but I’d still love to hear methods using them for when I eventually get some)
I don’t think a sissygasm is restricted to just anal play but that seems like the most common one (and the one I’m becoming increasingly desperate to achieve)

Is a sissygasm just another term for a prostate orgasm or a hands free orgasm or both?
For example if I were to bring myself to orgasm from let’s say nipple stimulation (I haven’t Atleast not yet) would that count as a sissygasm as I’m not sure wether it will cause a prostate orgasm or a hands free one.
Sorry if I’m a bit poor at explaining this I’m just looking for some help.
