Hey,

I started my journey with hypnosis in what I feel is the wrong order. I started with rather specific files and sometimes HFO's.

I got demotivated after some time and avoided listening to files.

So, I figured i should start with more basic files with simple triggers etc and kinda work my way up in this.

Are there bigger lists of files that keep it rather simple?

I also wanted to find a tist that fits for me and listen more of them but often mere files are locked behind a paywall.

I understand, they want to get paid for their hard work but for now, it seems kinda off for me to pay for files.
