Not really sure what I want to hear or need to at this point.

Just got made redundant today, I'm currently in therapy for abuse I suffered as a child (40 years old now) and I've just been spiralling so hard.

I've deleted accounts, tried to stay away from the darker thoughts, kinks and desires but I can't seem to be able to break away from it.

I've been through a lot over the years, was even a pet to a very harsh mistress for almost two years. I just had a bad breakup and she stepped in and helped me not think about things.

I hate myself for all of this so much, but I think I'm too weak to break from this now, it's a part of me and I wish it wasn't.
