i’m going to be moving to a new apartment starting in the fall (park west), and I’m curious about having a roommate situation where we can be more open with each other. i’m not necessarily looking for fwb, i’m not sure if its a good idea to cross that boundary with someone i’m living with.

mostly, i’m just looking for a guaranteed roommate, specifically someone who:

brings sexual partners over/is cool with me bringing people over

hangs out and not just keeping to themselves

i wouldn’t mind if you are comfortable being naked around the apartment, discussing nsfw topics casually, or if you want to bring friends over to hang out normally (any nsfw activity would stay private between us)
